Complex software, signed contracts.
Engineer by training, enterprise tech-sales professional by trade. Fifteen years across the full commercial motion — owning revenue and leading solutions engineering — in Source-to-Pay and CLM, and fluent in adjacent enterprise domains.
An engineer who closes enterprise deals.
I'm a B.Tech engineer who spent fifteen years in enterprise tech sales. That means I can hold the architecture conversation and the commercial one in the same meeting — and I've spent my career doing both, from quota-carrying business development to leading a team of Solution Architects across EMEA.
Two halves of one job. On the commercial side: MEDDPICC qualification, forecasting discipline, and multi-threaded deals of $500K–$2M running 12–18 months. On the solutions side: discovery, solution design, POC governance, and CFO-grade ROI models that let a champion defend the investment internally.
Deep domain expertise in Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management — but the craft travels. Complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software is the constant; the category is negotiable.

Deals, patterns, outcomes.

Selling agentic AI without the hype tax.
Enterprise buyers are rightly skeptical of GenAI claims. As an engineer, I can separate signal from noise: honest capability boundaries, transparent pricing implications, ROI guardrails, and the specific workflows where agents actually move the P&L. Skepticism becomes sponsorship when the value model is bulletproof and the architecture holds up under scrutiny.

Unseating the incumbent at a Fortune 500 CPG.
Multi-year incumbent, entrenched suite, board-level relationships. I led the technical-commercial motion end-to-end: reframed the RFP around procurement outcomes, built a CFO-grade ROI model, and multi-threaded into finance and IT. The win came from executive alignment on value, not feature counts.

The POC that closed itself.
Most POCs prove features. Mine prove business cases. Pre-agreed success criteria, tied to signed value hypotheses, with finance in the room from day one — a governance model that turns 'try it' into 'buy it'.

Turning EY and KPMG into a pipeline engine.
Started as ad-hoc co-sell conversations and scaled them into full joint go-to-market practices with EY and KPMG — structured access to senior stakeholders inside strategic enterprise accounts, and materially faster buying decisions on transformation programmes.
